Document status and controller
Provisional version dated 26 October 2026. The project controller is Antoniuk Pavlo. The branded contact mailbox, address for legal correspondence and applicable national publisher details are being confirmed. This document describes the current test setup and does not establish legal readiness for launch.
Data and purposes
Hostinger may process IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information to deliver pages, diagnose problems and protect the service. The controller must confirm log and backup retention, processing locations and contractual safeguards before launch.
Sign-in will use Agent Google Login exclusively. Linking accounts requires a Google identifier, email address and profile name; the site does not receive your Google password. OAuth setup is not complete. An account is required for commenting and liking, but not for reading.
Approved comments and profile names become public; commenters’ email addresses are not displayed. All comments are moderated. Our module does not retain IP addresses or User-Agent strings in comment records; hosting logs are separate. Likes link an account to an article, while only the total count is displayed publicly.
The view counter counts openings rather than unique people. Theme choice, text size and the reading list remain in your browser; the list is not sent to our server. Other users of a shared device may see it.
External services
A YouTube player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click the button for a specific video. Google/YouTube then receives connection information and may process player interactions. Permission does not persist between pages. Server-side retrieval of public RSS feeds does not transmit reader data.
Google’s terms and privacy policy apply; international data transfers may occur. Site language versions do not activate Google Translate. Advertising pixels, Google Analytics, advertising networks and marketing newsletters are not currently connected.
Legal bases, retention and rights
Before launch, the controller must finalise the legal bases for accounts, moderation and security, and specific retention periods. Readers choose whether to load an optional external player. Political opinions can constitute sensitive data: do not publish other people’s private information; the legal basis for processing such data requires separate review.
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. A working request channel must be verified before launch.
Legal framework: the GDPR. The site does not use automated decisions determining your legal rights or advertising profiles of political opinions.
